This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between New Ceilings ("Contractor") and {{contact.name}} ("Client") for the provision of drywall repair services.

Services: The Contractor shall provide drywall repair services to the Client, as agreed upon in writing or as otherwise communicated between the parties.

Payment: The Client shall pay the Contractor for the services provided in accordance with the rates and terms set forth in the written agreement or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties.

Term: This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution by both parties and shall continue until the services are completed, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party if there is a material breach of any term or condition of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including any copyright or trademark rights, in any materials provided by the Contractor to the Client in connection with the services shall remain the property of the Contractor.

Warranty: The Contractor warrants that the services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.

Limitation of Liability: The Contractor's liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Contractor is located.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Amendments: This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
